Gifts&Care.com generally has all of its products in stock, but in the event that any of them are sold out, we will contact you to inform you of the expected delivery time or offer you another one with similar features.

Delivery time: orders will be processed daily, with a delivery time of 48-72 hours from receipt of the order, for the Iberian Peninsula and the Balearic Islands. Consult the transport conditions section for other destinations. Check the local holidays in Valencia if you need your order to be delivered within 24-48 hours after your purchase to avoid any potential delays.

Payment methods: Brosh Pomade Europe allows you to make your purchases via the following payment methods.

  • Credit card: Through our bank's secure payment gateway. Gifts&Care.com will not have access to your credit card information.

  • Bank transfer: Before completing your purchase, you will have the option to use our displayed bank account number to transfer the amount of your order. Our system offers a 2% discount on payments by bank transfer for the total products purchased.

  • Paypal

  • Cash on delivery: Administration fee €1

Return Policy:If, upon receiving your order, you are not satisfied, Brosh Pomade Europe will provide a refund. Our main goal is customer satisfaction. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the purchased item, you can return it to us within 7 business days following receipt of same. Simply attach a note explaining the reason for the return and we will refund the money, at no expense to you, via your original payment method. The product must be returned in its original packaging and in perfect condition.

In the event that the reason for the return was damage incurred during shipping, you must notify us within 24 hours, so that we can make the appropriate claim to the transport company. Send the product to:
