Top haircuts in 2022

What are the men's haircuts that are going to be in style?

2022 arrives with the eternal promise of the definitive return to normality. We've been waiting almost 2 years for the pandemic to give us a real break, and trade the mask and distance for kisses and hugs. However, it is clear that COVID-19 has left its mark, and that includes taking care of our physical appearance, including our hair. From Brosh we want to bring you the main trends in men's haircuts in 2022, which we're sure you'll notice, go towards the comfortable, relaxed and care-free. Let's get started!

Buzz Style

As we said, the most fashionable styles are the ones that require little to no care, that means short hair. A style that was seen a lot in the 2000s and is making a comeback now thanks to the fact that it doesn't need anything, just cutting it almost completely shaved off. The only problems? You have to take into account how fast your hair grows (especially if you're not happy with the result) and the shape of your head. If you have a very oval or rectangular shaped skull, you may not like the way this hairstyle suits you.

Faded Crew

A regular guest on these lists, the Fade style has been the most popular among men for several years now. No wonder, since it looks good on almost anyone, especially if you have a rounded face. Although it requires little maintenance, we recommend you to use a pomade to make sure that not a single hair is out of place. Our favorite is the matte Clay Pomade, which keeps the hair's natural shine and doesn't give that wet look. It's definitely a style that's here to stay and is already a favorite for many of us.

Slicked back

Another of the great classics that has returned with renewed strength. As they say, old but gold. Something as simple as combing all the hair completely back. Classic and timeless, and allows us to play with the length of the sides. Want a more modern style? You can opt for a fade on the sides. Something more classic? Let your hair grow more evenly. How to maintain it? There are two things to keep in mind. Firstly, if our hair is "unruly", we will need a hold gel (like super hard gel) so that the look will hold all day. On the other hand, we will have to see if, as our hair grows, we still like it. If so, great, and if not, we just need to know what the ideal length is and how often we will have to cut our hair.

Of course, in addition to these looks there are many others that are still seen, such as straight and loose hair, the bun or combing with the parting to one side. However, it seems clear that we are opting for styles that are comfortable, require little maintenance and are completely practical.
